GENERAL INFPRMATION
-NAPFA TEST IS COMPULSORY!!!
-If you cannot make it, approval must be given by your respective PE teachers.
-All class members please meet your Sports Captain & Assistant Sports Captain at least 20 mins before the allocated time.
-All bags and school school pinafores/blouses must be kept in the classroom. NO pupil is allowed to bring any of these belongings around with her.
-Assistant Sports Captain must keep all wallets and valuables in the class lockers
-Every pupil is to return to the class once she has finished all the test items. Once in class, the pupils have to hand in the completed NAPFA forms to the Sports Captain/Vice Sports Captain. Assistant Sports Captain will return the wallets to the class members.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. If a pupil is not fit to take the test on the allocated day, she has to produc a MC or a letter from her parent to her PE teacher. The PE teacher will either ask her to:
(i) choose one other rest date to take her NAPFA Test
(ii) or take her NAPFA Test during one of the PE lessons
2. Pupils are strictly not allowed to request for additional attempts to re-do any test item unless it is officiall prescribed
3. Once a pupil has completed a test item at a particular station, she is required to proceed to the next station. There is no "going back" to the same station to re-do the test.
4. For a test score to be valid, every pupil must check that the score is printed in ink and that the teacher has printed the signature next to the score
NAPFA TIME SCHEDULE FOR ALL LEVELS
(1) All Sports Captain are to divide their respective classes into 2 equal groups: Group A(NO. 1-20) & Group B(No. 21-40). The 1st pupil of each group(No. 1&21) will be appointed as the Group Leader(GL)
(2) All GLs must bring their respective groups & report at the designed NAPFA station at the stated time as scheduled.
(3) The group will start from the designated station and must go through the stations in the prescribed order as printed on the NAPFA forms:
-Sit-Up
-Standing Broad Jump
-Sit & Reach
-Inclined Pull-Up
-Shuttle Run
